PRICES

All prices are in euros, VAT is not calculated on the basis of paragraph 1 of Article 94 of ZDDV-1 (we are not liable for VAT). Prices do not include postage costs. In the case of a contract concluded for an indefinite period or a contract involving a subscription, the final price shall include the total costs for the accounting period. If such costs are charged at a fixed interest rate, the total price shall also include the total monthly costs. Where the total cost cannot be calculated in advance, the method of calculating the price before the buyer places the order in accordance with ZVPot.

METHODS OF PAYMENT AND PURCHASE PROCEDURE

CONDITIONS, DEADLINES FOR WITHDRAWAL OF THE CONTRACT

PRODUCT RETURN

In accordance with the provisions 43.č. Article of the Consumer Protection Act (ZvPot) the consumer has the right to notify the company within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract to the contact email address hello@pannart.com, without having to state the reason for his decision.
